CONNECTING TO THE UNNIVERSAL FLOW THROUGH 7 LOTUS CHI KUNG 

The goal of this ancient practice of Chi Kung is to bring more balance, harmony, flow, and synchronicity into your daily life. The 7 Lotus Chi Kung was created by Dr. Carlos de León to help develop and recognize this potential by using: postures, body movement, breathing, and visualization and meditation practices. This Chi Kung system is a unique synthesis from the research of hundreds of styles of Chi Kung and Yoga from the East. The goal of 7 Lotus Chi Kung is to support any spiritual practice in our modern world. Open to everyone who has studied 7 Lotus Chi Kung Level One and Two. Join us for a follow up session of intense group practice and review of the 7 Lotus Chi Kung system with Gretchen Andersen.

This group session is intended to provide an opportunity to  deepen your personal practice and knowledge of Chi Kung and your connection to the Universal Chi.
